Ingredients

½ C. mayonnaise

2 tsp. Mustard

¼ C. lemon juice

½ C. Olive Oil

1 Tbl. Tarragon Vinegar

1/8 tsp. Sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all and refrigerate.

Serve a Spinach salad with bacon bits, hard boiled eggs, and croutons. (by the way: this doesn't taste particularly good on lettuce; very strange)
