Things I read and write
I love to read, reflect, synthesize, and curate. I write to explore ideas I don't fully understand, organize my thoughts, and compensate for my erratic memory. This practice has resulted in a set of coaching tools, a curated book list, a small collection of essays, and extensive private notes.
Who I am
Executive coach. Thirty years in the tech industry. Google engineering director. Amateur photographer. Father, spouse, grandfather. I coach CEOs, founders, and leaders at every level — most of my work is with a handful of companies where I coach several people simultaneously, which lets me understand organizations from multiple perspectives at once.
