Ingredients
1 lb. Pecan halves
1 egg (white only)
1 Tbl. Cold water
¾ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Add water to egg white and beat until stiff.
Fold pecan halves into the beaten egg white and coat thoroughly.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon well, put in zip-lock bag.
Add pecans and shake until well coated.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees
until lightly browned and dry (35-40 minutes).
As nuts bake loosen with a fork every 10 minutes.
