INGREDIENTS

1 Cup 100% Bran Buds Cereal

2 ½ C. Flour

½ Cups Margarine

½ tsp. Salt

1 ½ Cups Sugar

2 ½ tsp. Baking Soda

2 Eggs

2 cups All Bran Cereal

2 C. Buttermilk

DIRECTIONS

Mix together 100% Bran Buds cereal and 1 C. boiling water - set aside.

Cream together the margarine and the sugar. Beat the eggs and add to the creamed butter/sugar. Mix in the buttermilk.

Add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Add the All Bran and mix well.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Fill muffin cups about ¾ full. Add raisins in the middle (between spoonfuls) if you want. Sprinkle cinnamon on if you like.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. 2 muffins a day will keep you regular.

Great when served with cream cheese (so it isn't too healthy).
